These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of TradeBNB Academy's website, platform, AI and financial intelligence courses, career launch programmes, and related services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Our programmes include pre-recorded lessons, PDFs, quizzes, simulations, live sessions, mentorship, community support, and career launch resources delivered through compliant platforms.
All content is protected under applicable copyright laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. Sharing, copying, reselling, or recording course materials is not permitted.
Payments are processed via Cashfree Payments, an RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator regulated under RBI Payment Aggregator Guidelines 2020 and PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
We do not store card, bank, or UPI credentials. All payment data is handled exclusively by Cashfree Payments under their security framework.
Students may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided less than 20% of course content has been accessed. Submit refund requests to support@tradebnb.academy with enrollment proof and transaction ID.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Legend Apex Bootcamp residential fees are non-refundable after the event date.
Commission payments to IB Education Partners are made by Metawell Sports India Pvt Ltd via bank transfer. TDS at 2% under Section 194H is deducted before payment.
IB Partner commissions are referral payments for education course enrollments only. They are not connected to any financial market activity, brokerage service, securities distribution, or portfolio management.
The Cashfree Payments gateway processes student course enrollment fees only. IB Partner commission disbursements use separate bank settlement infrastructure.
The Cashfree Payments gateway integrated on tradebnb.academy processes exclusively student course enrollment and membership fee payments. No other business activity of Metawell Sports Limited, including technology subscription services, bot platforms, or token-related services, will use this gateway under any circumstance.
TradeBNB Academy provides education only. We do not provide investment advice, financial advisory services, brokerage, portfolio management, trade signals, or guaranteed outcomes.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
